4 TIPS TO “COCKTAIL” HEALTHIER

Join me as I share my 4 Tips to "Cocktail" Healthier...

1️⃣ avoid "signature" cocktails at restaurants & bars: they’re usually loaded with syrups, juices and other higher calorie mixers...which equals higher calories 😝

2️⃣ choose "clean & clear" liquors and mixers: my favs are vodka, club soda and sparkling waters

3️⃣ use fresh muddled fruit instead of juice & syrups: I love using berries and mint

4️⃣ drink at least 8oz of water between each round of cocktails: this keeps you hydrated, reduces alcohol consumption and any next-day headaches and hangovers


Clean & Clear Cocktail:
1oz vodka
4oz club soda or sparkling water
lime wedge

Healthier Martini:
1oz vodka
muddled fruit (I like berries & mint)
juice 1/2 lime
sparkling water or prosecco/champagne

Skinny & Spicy “Mocktail” Margarita:
1 Tbsp ACV (apple cider vinegar)
juice 1/2 lime
kombucha of choice
dash of cayenne pepper
1 slice of jalapeño (optional)
sparkling water
Tajin to rim glass
